Our most advanced example is Nearcast AI, a constantly evolving system that uses multiple AI and ML (Machine Learning) techniques to refine our data and deliver more accurate weather intelligence.  Modern AI is only as good as the data behind it, and that’s where we excel. With a rapidly growing, proprietary dataset from our growing weather network, we train smarter, more precise models than anyone else.   ### Nearcast AI: Weather Intelligence You Can Trust Nearcast AI is the technology that enhances every forecast and insight from WeatherFlow-Tempest. It starts by combining data from more than 95,000 Tempest stations, 600 ProNet industrial stations, and over 100,000 other curated surface data values. Our advanced AI continuously validates incoming data, calibrates instruments, and fills in gaps to create high-resolution, localized weather insights, even where direct observations are limited. It also enhances Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) models by correcting errors and biases, using real-world observations to deliver more accurate forecasts than any other source.   ### Weather That Works For You Nearcast AI doesn’t just help predict the weather more accurately, it helps businesses and consumers make smarter, more efficient decisions every day. Companies using our hardware and SAAS tools can optimize operations, protect assets, and reduce downtime by planning around an accurate real-time picture and precise short-term forecasts. Tempest owners leverage our better forecast and smart home capabilities to schedule outdoor activities, protect gardens, prepare for severe weather, and manage energy and water use. The result? Clear, actionable weather insights that save time, protect what matters, and help you make smarter decisions; every day, in every season. ## Frequently Asked Questions About Nearcast AI™ What is Nearcast AI?
